13th September 2009: Vancouver

Today we went to see Whitecaps v Austin Aztex. First half felt like I was at a Dumbarton game. Lots of chances but no goals ... then the opposition scored! Second half was a different matter though, Aztecs were down to 10 men when a straight red card was issued. Back came Vancouver and 2 goals later it was a 2-1 win in the blazing sunshine ... so not so much like being at a Dumbarton game after all!
