14th September 2009: Vancouver

Monday was Jo's friends day off work so she drove us to UBC, probably a good thing it turned out, as yet again Jo miscalculated just how far (and how big) it was!

On our way back we headed to Ambleside to see what it was like post-concert, not too bad considering. Just a few dents and some grass wearing where the stage was. We managed to 'pick up' some marker flags, a rather soggy backstage pass guide and a “please have your bag ready for inspection” sign ... that so made my day!
